Re: NWR: Sunburns
the memories come back pretty quickly, don't they? we went to splish splash last year and I had an amazing time on the lazy river, unfortunately the underside of my arm (where it meets your shoulder, you know the part that never sees the light of day), burnt like you can't imagine! I couldn't keep my arms down comfortably for days! It had been years since I had been burnt but the memories came flooding back the minute I stepped out of the shower that night. Hopefully your burn will smoothe out to a nice tan!

Re: NWR: Sunburns
i am very fair and burnt last year on a vacation in st. lucia...i had read somewhere that asprin or tylenol helps keep the redness down and helps ease the pain if you take it within 24 hours. it worked for me....so it might be worth a try.

Re: NWR: Sunburns
Go to CVS and get one of the thermal spring waters by Avene, La Rosche Posay, or Vichy, I highly recommend La Rosche. They are AMAZING. It was actually used on burn victims in the great Chicago fires of the 1800's.\

Re: NWR: Sunburns
I just had really bad sunburn a month or two ago that actually blisterd. I bought noxema which cooled it down then I used a aloe with lanocaine(for the pain). I bought it from walgreens. Its actually their brand. It works. you could also take some tylenol.
