NWR - Taco salad anyone??

Does anyone have a good taco salad receipe???

Im actually making it for lunch...

Mine isnt too thrilling...

I use the extra lean ground turkey with old el paso seasoning mix. I put lots of lettuce, tomatoes, peppers etc in a bowl. Throw the cooked taco meat on top wiht some salsa, ff sour cream, avocado and ff cheese. Then i just toss it up! So good!

Im having this for lunch today actually!

That sounds pretty good to me!

Sometimes I'll take a large tortilla and spray it with PAM and bake it in a jumbo cupcake pan so that its a lower calorie shell for the salad (the ones you get from restaurants are fried).
