Does Target allow returns without receipts?

I would think so, but most likely at the lowest price that it listed on the selling floor, and most likely for store credit.

Yes, I've made returns at Target w/out the receipt.

i dont mind if its store credit its stuff from the dollar bin that i just dont need and there are a lot of items.

You can even return without a receipt and get the amount you paid in the first place if it is within 90 days and you have the credit card you bought the items with. Wow, not like I shop there much, right?

They will, but you will get a store credit and the credit can only be used in the same department that the original item was purchased from...
