Yes you can see Powder at the red parlour she's awesome I love her she's located on Queens Blvd not to far from the mall. You can checkout the website www.theredparlour.com.

I have an AWESOME tattoo artist but she's in West Hempstead - not sure if that's too far for you. FM me if you want her info, she did my tattoo and FH's tattoo.
