I HATEEEEEEEEE THEMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.... ever since they 'officially' changed to TD bank ive had NOTHING but problems with them.. every time i turn around im being charged another fee... nothing ever posts to my account on the day it should... now they never had a min in your checking then it went to $100 min and then i was told since they are officially td bank now theres no min for the 1st year ok so whyyyyyyyyyyyy am i being changed $15 againnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn... I WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT LIKE YESTERDAY!!!!

We just closed a business account there last week. We had opened a new business account at our current bank. We left like...$954 in it I think, to cover checks written and a few bucks extra just in case. A month later when I got the statement there were all these effin fees. Apparently when it became TD bank they started a minimum on the balance in business accounts. They said if it dipped .01 below for 1 minute anytime during the month I'd have all these fees.
I know it's my fault because I'm sure when the bank changed over they sent new terms and agreement that we probably never read. BUT you would think that when we made the withdrawal that put us under $1000 someone would have said something like 'you know this will put you into a balance to incur a penalty, right?'
