Yesterday I forgot to take my pill at my normal time 8:15am and didn't take it until 10pm - then I took it at my normal time this morning and now I feel so nauseous... like I want to gag... Anyone ever experience this?

yes i have. if i take them too close together i get nasaus. take some tums.

ugh...YES and it's a miserable feeling! sip some coke or ginger ale if you can. you should feel better soon!

Yeah, that's what happens. It's a good way to remind yourself to take the pill! It's why I love my NuvaRing: no forgotten pills. Stick it in once a month, and you're finished. Love it. Best idea ever for BC.

I had to double up last night for the first time (bc I forgot to take my tues night pill) and I woke up this morning feeling So nauseas!!! FH had to get me a cold rag and I was trying to breath through it or else I knew Id throw up. I guess Im really sensitive to it for some reason.

I make sure that I take them 12 hours apart (if I forget) - because I have been nauseous many times in the past!

Yes, when I have to double up. It passes.
Try some coca cola (not diet) or ginger ale at room temp. It usually settles the stomach. Next time take the pills after eating something. That helps too.

I get nauseous if I take the pill on an empty stomach...it'll pass.

Oh yes...just eat light, rest, and you should feel better relatively soon. The reason this happened is because you have more hormones in your body than your body is used to...no fear...this happened to me a few times and went away a few hrs later!

I love it too! The only thing that I don't like (which I figured out) is since you don't know it is there, you can forget when to take it out...I have the rest of 2007 marked ring or no ring!
