nwr: The Ring

Anyone use the NuvaRing for BC? Good? Bad?

Thinking about asking the Dr. about it and want to hear some reviews first

I do.

Big fan of it.
No mood swings, weight gain, no migraines, etc.
Its a steady flow of hormones instead of a surge (when you take a pill).

Three years and counting... LOVE it... no having to remember a daily pill and worrying about 'did I take it at the exact same time each day' type of thing.

I love that you only think about it twice a month - once to put it in, once to take it out... that's it! I've never had to remove it, but you can if you want during the deed, just have to put it back in within 3 hours of taking it out.

The first few months I used it I freaked about it being so close to the outside edge, but my GYN assured me that's ok and since then I'm alllll for the Ring!
