NWR: Those who live in the Babylon/Lindenhurst areas...

Can you tell me some good places to get your nails and hair done?

I go to Soto in Deer Park but I know there is a salon in Babylon Village right on Montauk Hwy, I think its called Posh and it's supposed to be good. It's like across the street from the movie theater. As for nails, I like Barbi nails in babylon village (by the Carriage house) or in Lindenhurst I like Ruby nails on Montauk Hwy. Neither of them are fru fru by any stretch of the imagination but I like them.

There is a good place on 231 just north of the southern state in the pathmark/applebees shopping center for nails. Everything is very clean and its really nice.

LOL...I just mean they aren't like an upscale salons if that's what your looking for. But they are clean and I always think they do a good job.

I go to Salan de Caro in the Sunset Plaza Shopping center in N. Babylon. It's North of the Southern State and on Route 231. They are a full service salon with spa service too.

Definitely check them out!

I've heard good things about Nails and Relaxation on Montauk Highway in Copiague.

I used to go to Soto in Deer Park they are great but in Babylon my friend used to go to Nuevell (spelled wrong sorry) before she moved.

I think, and I'm not positive about this, but I think Nuevell is now what I think is called Posh. Wow that's helpful, huh?!

But you ladies going to try out Soto, I LOVE Michelle for my hair cut and LOVE Jamie for color but to get in with Jamie you have to book way in advance, just to give you a heads up.
