I went out on a limb and bought some Tilapia to cook for the FH and I tonight.
I want to make it as healthy and flavorful as I can...
Any suggestions?

Re: NWR: Tilapia Recipes?
I throw it in a tin with olive oil, salt ,pepper, white wine ( a decent amount) chopped tomatoes, and chopped garlic. Cover with tinfoil --make sure its completely closed on all sides. This allows the fish to steam... And it tastes delish

Re: NWR: Tilapia Recipes?
What you’ll need for 2 people:
2 Tilapia filets (30 – 40 g protein per) Blue Baked Tortilla Chips (Unsalted if you really wanna be healthy) – abt 1.5g of carbs per chip Corn and Black Bean Salsa (4 carbs 30 mg sodium) Low fat Mexican Cheese (optional) Cumin Powder Garlic Salt (or garlic powder and salt)
If you want a side dish, you can mix brown rice with black beans and spray some fake butter on it.
Directions: Sprinkle Tilapia with garlic salt and lots of cumin - bake in the oven at 375 for 15-18 minutes Take the fish out of the oven and cut it up and mix it with 4 tbsp of salsa and a bunch or two of the cheese (or you can top the filets whole with the salsa, cheese, and crumple the chips on top and eat it that way)… I liked mixing it all together and scooping the mixture up with the chips. You’ve got healthy fish tacos!
Now, I know i'm not a chef and maybe it’s the diet, but both danny and I LOVED it last night. These things pack in:
13 grams of carbs (if you have like 9 or 10 chips) 0 sugar 30-40 grams protein 3-4 grams of fat (without cheese)
