NWR: to move or not to...
FH just called very excited about moving to a new place. I would be 100% for it if it was 2 bedrooms.
His friend in Bayside is moving out. The apt is really nice
pros: fire place, PARKING (we pay $150 now for parking), allows DOGS!!!
cons: still only 1 bedroom and we want to start having a baby soon... rent $200 more
But, the guy upstairs is getting evicted within the next 6 months and has a 2 b/r. So we could just move up there once he is out. That is what FH thinks.
My thinking is I don't feel like moving to a 1 b/r and then move again next year to a new place (if the one upstairs falls through).
Moving is such a pain. It would be quick, like within the next few weeks!!!! I don't know. We have a HUGE place, but it's old and in a big apt complex with no parking. This would be a nice house with parking and we could get a dog...
