Has anyone heard about this program?? It is ten weeks and you attend 5 days a week for a 50 minute class. Apparently it gets you in great shape! Thinking of doing it over the summer before my wedding bc there are several locations by me. Anyone try this or currently doing it? Also, how much is it? TIA

Yep! I'm taking the class in March! The class is $325 and I was told that they take before and after pictures and it's almost like having a personal trainer...they even go over your diet! And whoever in your class loses the most in the first 10 weeks, gets the second 10 weeks free!
im doing kickboxing right now but my promotion is over in a month so i would love to try something like this to keep getting in shape! if anyone has info on locations that would be great! thanks!
I do this class...gets you into the best shape! Def worth it!
I went to their website totalbodyshaping.com. Looks like the only locations are in Suffolk..I live in Suffolk so I think I am going to do this in June...few months before the big day!

CKO kickboxing in Copiague has the same type of thing. Its a 10 week program that you kickboxing weight training and nutrition stuff
