My demo lesson is in 2 1/2 hours and im having a heart attack! I wasnt' nervous, but i woke up this morning and im dying!!!!!

Take a deep breath and relax. You will do great! Don't stress cause you don't wanna show you are nervous. Go in with confidence

ug, I've done a couple of those lately (stupid job interviews.)
Just relax and take a deep breath. You'll be fine. Remember that a lot of what they're looking for is just how you interact with the kids, so just be normal and natural and you'll be fine.

good luck... somehow i lucked out and got into a great district without doing a demo. lesson. i would have been so nervous too!!! i hope it went well for you!!!!!!!
