NWR: Update on apartment!

NWR: Update on apartment!

Ok....the owner agreed to a 2 year lease at $2400 the first year and $2450 the second! The building is amazing!

Now they have to run a credit check, and as long as we are good (which we should be!), we will be getting mounds of paperwork to fill out this week! The condo rental application process is kind of long, but as long as it goes according to plan, we will get an amazing apartment for a great price!

Upper East Side on 93 between 2 and 3rd

The condo is the Astor Terrace Condo
