NWR: Upset About Bella- Need Some Hugs Please...

I brought Bella to the vet today b/c I knew she had yet Another Urinary Track Infection.... Well, the Dr was concerned b/c we were there only 3 months ago with the same thing. In Sept, the Dr took xrays and found a stone in her bladder. Then they did a sonogram which turned up nothing. So we continued the antibiotics and she got better.... So we thought.... The Dr felt bad b/c he thinks its the same stone they saw 3 months ago, but thinks the stone shifted next to the pelvis, so it was undetectable by the sonogram. Now, my little Bella has been having accidents all day. She has no bladder control right now and everytime she does pee, its blood. We are trying a prescription food diet and antibiotics first to try to break down the stone. If this doesn't work, she will need surgery. I know other pets have been through this, but I feel bad b/c it came on so quick, and she struggles so much to just pee and looks up at me while she strains....

I'm sorry this is so long... But between the stuff going on with me and my arm and her, I could use some hugs right now.

this happened to my cousins dog, who in the end, had to have the surgery. While painful, she was back on her feet in no time.

awwwwwwwwwww isn't is so hard when you can't help them... I have a chocolate lab... one night she came inside and was bleeding... I rushed her to the vet and she had a bladder infection.. I felt so bad..Give bella extra hugs from me......
