NWR - Vegetarian Chili

I have made this a few times and FH and I both love it (even though he prefers meat this is very filling). I love chili!!!

Onions are okay but not a LOT of them.

Cilantro is just pretty much the worst thing in existance.

Poor Neel will have to sit out on this part of the bromance.

I've eaten Veg chili plenty of times! Its so good! I don't have a recipe but I'm sure that FoodNetwork.com has a good one, or Martha Stewart. NOt sure about Emeril though.


IF you feel like going to Super Stop and Shop they have vegetarian selections in the Natural/Veg food section. They have a really good box mix called Fantastic. And I have to disagree with the anti cilantro comment! I put that Shyt on anything Mexican! LOL

Yes! It has a soapy flavor. It depends on how pungent the plant. I sitll love it!

I got this recipe from Hungry Girl and it is really, really good. It takes a bit longer to prep and cook than other recipes, but my FH and I love it. chili
