i may be the only person on earth who didn't know this, but i got a few things from my BMs from VS and they don't fit so i went to go exchange them in the store - and you can't do that! they said that the catalog/website is like a totally different company! so now i have to ship the stuff back and get a merchandise credit. just a little hassle - but what a weird policy from such a big store!
I didn't know that! def good to know! I was going to order from their catalog for their semi-annual sale... I'm glad I didn't!
I've ordered on-line and catalog before and it was a bit of a pain to return. Sorry they wouldn't take it back at the store.
yeah, they are different companies. I've also noticed that the quality is a little better when you purchase from the store.
