We live in a condo in Ct , we were away last week...Fh went to the basement to bring suticases and he came back up...asked me if i did anything in basement, (i dont go down there alone ever) and i said no..we went downstairs together and apparently someone broke into our basement area---there are two other sections and only ours was broken in to...we cant even remember what we had down there, but it is a mess! we called complex president and she said 3 other condos called and said this happened to them too!
since we were away, people prob noticed our cars gone and took advantage of the situation... its not even loss of items that worry me it is the thought of someone violating our personal space and property

That is terrible. We just had metal grates put on over the wells of all of our basement windows to prevent break-ins.
