Ughhh FH and I put an offer in on a house yesterday! (so excited) but they wouldn't budge on their price! so we gave them a final offer of 4000 less than asking. Still waiting on them ughhh so much anxiety!!

Good luck!!!!! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. We just put in an offer Thursday night on an apartment in Brooklyn and luckily heard back Friday night that they accepted it, but I can only imagine how nerve wracking it would have been had we had to wait longer!
