I've seen this movie before and even though I know it made me bawl, I'm watch it again, teary-eyed 5 minutes in. Am I a glutton for punishment or what? Feel free to I know I'm silly.

Oh I'm right with you on that one. Always makes me cry, but it's the best movie!

Re: NWR: Watching the notebook
I was actually surprised to find that the movie was pretty good... originally I didn't even bother seeing it in the theaters even though I loved the book because I thought they'd just make it cheesy and lame...
I still think the book is better than the movie, but I was definitely pleasantly surprised! And it is DEFINITELY a tear jerker!

Re: NWR: Watching the notebook
the book is usually much better than the movie in anything, I haven't read the book since I figure if the movie did this to me, the book might make me look suicidal.

I love the end. I mean to me when you really love someone and end up together even if it ends that way, it's so beautiful.

OMG.....when I watched the movie with FH, I literally finished half a box of tissue. The funny this is, I actually caught a glimpse of FH toward the end of the movie and saw something shinny by the corner of his eye..and supposedly, he 'YAWNED'!!!!!!!! That's a good movie!!
