NWR - wedding registry - those little self cleaning vacuums

Did any of you get one? Do they really work?

My FMIL keeps getting on me about filling up a registry. They want to buy me furniture and everything for our new apartment. I would love to turn the vacuum on, leave for work and come back to a vacuumed house LOL. Are they worth it??

Re: NWR - wedding registry - those little self cleaning vacuums

If you are talking about the Roomba, My parents have one and its great! The only thing is its really more for maintence than for all your cleaning! IMO you still have to do a full vaccuming from time to time. Especially if you have a pet.

It is great though because it will literally get the whole room! I dont know it knows but I have seen it get every inch of the room. My only suggesting is if you get it from Sharper Image, get the extended warranty. It covers one replacement and I know we have replaced ours because the battery wasnt holding the charge.

Re: NWR - wedding registry - those little self cleaning vacuums

your welcome am :)

Kelly - thank you. Luckily I dont have a pet and we take our shoes off when we enter the house. Roomba is the name brand right? There a red one $149 and a white one $249 online at JCPenney.com.
