NWR: Weight loss saboteurs

Who around you sabotages your weight loss efforts?

I am my own worst enemy I bake a lot for DH so I sample almost everything

My mom sabotages my weight loss efforts by buying snacks that i have told her please don't buy them because they trigger me to eat the whole bag lol..but she always manages to bring them into the house. I am working on my issues of self control with food but i am still a work in progress .

fh... he thinks i need to gain weight....um... thats hard when your fiance is ten lbs!!!!!!!!!!!

my parents cooking! lol .. so I dont eat with them anymore.. and my office there is always food around ... and nothing healthy either

the voice in my head sabatoges me!
Luckily everyone else around me is trying to lose weight for the wedding also and FH is really healthy to begin with and pushes me to go to the gym!

my mother! Every time I go over there, she says 'oh you can eat this' or 'just have a little bit'

I had to drop something off at her house early this morning before work and she actually was trying to give me chocolate chip muffins!!!

The food network sabotages me!
I refuse to watch it unless I just ate. Otherwise I'll get ridiculous cravings for whatever was on.

My dad and I are trying to lose weight, then he brings home danish, crossiants, meat bread....and how about the fudge sticks mom brought home....can you please STOP...I may wrap myself in a white TENT for the wedding!!!!

lmfaooooooo@ white tent....my mom does the same she brings home bagels and makes little goodies that i love...why oh why must they do this to us!!!!!

i love when fh brings home somethign bad to eat then goes..come on wedding is 7 months away....listen d!ckhead u dont have to fit into a dress,u get to bury it all in a tux so take the peanut butter cake out of my face

mmmmm...peanut butter cake...... , AND...why does the nice delivery man who brings us chinese food always have to give us FREE CHEESE WONTONS...what happened to free iced tea?!?!?!?!? Something that won't make me look like the good year blimp is floating down the aisle!!!

FH - he doesn't mean to but he's not on the same weight loss program so he always has such yummy junk in the house! It's partially my fault for not being able to pass it up.
