Hey girls. What can I eat in the morning that is between 0 - 1 point? I can't eat vegetables by themselves. I've eaten fruit with fat free coolwhip, but I'm looking to try something else. Can't find anything on the website that I like. Thanks.

Re: NWR - Weight Watchers ???
you could do fruit with a half a cup of non fat plain yogurt and put some splenda in.
i agree with the other suggestions as well. i usually have thomas light english muffins though rather than the ww ones, just my preferance.

Re: NWR - Weight Watchers ???
A packet of oatmeal made with water, plain oatmeal, no flavor.
Egg whites.
Breakfast on WW was too damn difficult. For me, I need a healthy breakfast.

I actually prefer the Thomas light english muffins b/c they have less calories and carbs than the WW. The WW yogurt is really good though and add some fruit.

Re: NWR - Weight Watchers ???
The smoothies from the centers are only 1 point if you mix them with water, 3 if you mix with milk.
JMO, but 0-1 point is not going to do much for you in the mornings, with the exception of egg whites. Why not opt for a 3-4 point breakfast:
1 egg, 1 egg white, lots of veggies, 1.5 oz FF cheese, 1 1/2 cup strawberries = 4 points
WW yogurt with a little granola or whole grain cereal
1 cup whole grain cereal and 1 cup skim milk
WW smoothie made with 1 cup skim milk and some fruit
Oatmeal with fruit and/or yogurt
Light english muffin with WW cream cheese
Light english muffin with PB
Light english muffin with 2 egg whites and a wedge of laughing cow cheese

Re: NWR - Weight Watchers ???
oh i dont mean to hijack but just wanted to say in regards to ww foods that i just tried the ww pepper jack and its amazing!!!!!!! tastes completely like whole fat cheese (lol you guys know what i mean)
It adds so much flavor that you dont have to put salt on some things which will make you retain water. This past weekend, I had it on grilled chicken along with turkey bacon and i also had it on an egg white omelet. Im bt to have it on an english muffin for a snack in the afteroon. (that would be 2 points)

Re: NWR - Weight Watchers ???
Thanks all. I am not able to eat very much in the mornings. It always gives me stomach problems. So, I am trying to figure out light things to eat that won't kill me in WW points. English muffins sound good! Thanks!
Also, any suggestions on how to liven up vegetables (like dips, or peanut butter, or something) without too many points?

I LOVE hummus! Only problem is that I usually end up eating a whole container! LOL.
