The first time I did WW, I lost a total of 40lbs. Since then I have gained some back but I plan on fully restarted WW Jan 4th. I never went to the meetings because I feel they are not for me. I joined the online program once but I hardly went on it so it wound up being a waste of $$ for me. I honestly feel like I should stick with the way I did it before. I ordered the books, points calculator and 3 month journal off of Ebay for a great price and I did it on my own and that's what my plan is starting Jan 4. That and the gym at least 5x per week for at least 45 mins a day. Hopefully I will work my way up to 60-90 mins a day 5x a week.

so you basically did ww without actually doing it? haha. what did you just use the point system and keep track yourself? i'd like to do that to save money, but i feel like i would need the meetings to keep me motivated, you know? that's so great that you lost 40lbs, though!

yeah pretty much LOL... at the time I was living at home and my mom was also doing WW so we kinda did it together. She did joined the meeting because she wanted to go to them to get weighed it (for her that was motivation she needed). For me, I didn't feel I needed that. I just weigh myself in front of my mom.

What I am planning on doing now is actually weighing myself in front of FH (since we live together). I feel like that will definitely make me bust my arse to lose the weight.
