good question......

not too dressy and flats?!!?

I went to a wedding at a winery and wore heals!

Yea big mistake with that one. Dont know what I was thinking. My heels were full of dirt & grass! YUCK

Good point ladies! Maybe wedges? They probably won't dig in to the dirt...

BTW the dance floor is wood, but the tables are on grass... strange, I know.

What about dress wise - Is a sweater dress with leggings not dressy enough?

the wedding i went to was wood dance floor and tables under a tent in the grass. NOOOO HEALS! lol

I would say a sweater dress isnt dressy enough. You could prob go with pretty much anything and dress it down casual shoes. like wedges

wedges should definately work, but i agree the sweater dress you would prob be under dressed

Am i the only one that thinks that a sweater dress would be ok. I've seen some very cute dressy ones, and you can always dress it up with shoes (i agree no heal, but wedges work) and jewlery. BUT, any excuse to go shopping works for me!!!
