I'm on my like twenty something book of the new year. Been reading mostly paranormal romances. Just finished a YA 'Hush, Hush' = pretty good, better than Twilight for sure. Now reading book 2 of the Chicagoland Vamp books, and the new Sookie book.

but i'm currently reading the black dagger brotherhood series... finished book 3 last night (and CRIED ) can't wait to start book 4 tonight!

Black Dagger Brotherhood is J.R. Ward's series, right? I've been meaning to pick them up for awhile.

yea all the other sookie books were good... but this one just.... urgh! it makes me want to bunch a baby! (you know that annoying sound dane cook mentions, its equivalent)

I lent it to FSIL and she finally finished and was like 'i see what you meant... it fcuking ******!'
basically:
'i'm going to lay outside today, I'm going to look at the clouds... I wonder what eric is doing.. i'm horny... i think I'll go to work and barely do anything... oh minor issue.. the end'



but yea, the BDBH is pretty freaking good! I'd def suggest getting the box set! totally worth it!

Ugh! I was crazy about the last Sookie book to be honest. So, now, I'm definitely scared for this one. ::sigh::

its definitely pg/pg 13... not really that into it... i dont really love any of the characters like i did with sookie, morganville and vamp academy

my kids convinced my to read the 1st percy jackson book, so i'm about 50 pages into that...

i read the entire series like a year ago...
book 1 is a little too 'rushed'... book 4, which I thought would be my favorite, based on the title, was actually quite boring... but book 5.. made my CRY! i LOVED the ending!

its a good series to read if you like greek mythology.

Ugh! I was crazy about the last Sookie book to be honest. So, now, I'm definitely scared for this one. ::sigh::

oh I saw 'first drop of crimson' when I went to buy the rest of BDBH last week.. and I said to myself 'i'm going to get that next'... hopefully i remember when I got to B&N.

is that the first of a series??

I 'accidentally' read the vampire and the virgin (love at stake series) and didn't realize it was like book 8 of a series... so I was a little lost at first. that book was alright.

i'm re-reading Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice... ahh... i don't think i'll ever get tired of it!

First Drop of Crimson is actually a side book about two secondary characters from the original series. It's good, but if you want to go in order start with 'Halfway to the Grave'. :)
