lots of liquids and meds if you've been prescribed any...lots of liquids though!!!

I always use a damp towel on the forehead together with tylenol or Motrin, lots of fluids and rest.

Alternate 2 Tylenol with 2 Advil every 4-6 hours and if its really high put ice pack in the armpits, behind the neck, and groin. Trust me, I'm a nurse! (And it's works for my really sick patients all the time!)

My aunt is a nurse too and that's what she tells me to do
