for a hurt neck. FH was playing fetch with the dogs in the yard about 20 minutes ago.. i was on my way outside at the time and he must of just thrown the ball it in that direction..and i heard him yell 'heads up' and so of course i tensed up and jerked my whole neck back and since then the whole right side of my neck has been sore down to my shoulder... :( any ideas on what to do for the pain..cause im never gonna get to sleep if i cant lay on my side

if u dont have a heating oad wet and ring out a washcloth and throw it in the microwave for like 20 sec. put that on your neck

thnx ladies.. i can't find my heating bad so im trying a hot rag..lol. Fh tried to massage it but it's just too tender.. i guess i'll be on the boards for awhile till i doze off sitting up..lmao

lol we must have been posting at the same time. thats what im doing now since my heating pad has gone missing. FH swears he hasn't used it but i know he has..and now he can't remember where he put it! men!!! lol
