I'm off today and going to hit up the grocery store in a little bit and I want to make something different. FH has high cholesterol so something low in cholesterol would be ideal. TIA

Re: NWR: what should I make for dinner?
make lasagna. epicurious has a few great no-cook ones that i love but i change the recipe - use turkey chop meat instead of ground beef, I use lf cottage cheese (small curd) whip it in the mini food processor instead of ricotta cheese, and i always use part-skim mozzarella. Not too bad for you.

I forgot to include that we're both lactose intolerant Thanks for the ideas girls! Are scallops high in cholesterol? I'm so bad at this low cholesterol cooking

oooh i feel your pain. actually that's why i use cottage cheese but mine is just a slight intolerance (like, if i have yogurt i'm fine but a latte from starbucks kills me).
i don't think scallops are bad but i'm not sure. what about like a filet of sole oreganata?? that's totally yummy and most fish is easy and ready in minutes. FH made tuna the other night but i'm not sure if that's bad for cholesterol or not.

I'm a big fan of turkey meat tacos with fat free refried beans.
hmm - or how about some light chicken pot pie? You can make the sauce with the healthy request 99 percent fat free cream of chicken soup, carrots, potatoes, some grilled chick - and top it off with some reduced fat bisquick!
