what would you rather go see? Jersey Boys on broadway or a cirque du soleil show?

defiantely jersey boys- I have seen parts of cirque du soleil on tv and I am not thrilled with it

I've seen Jersey Boys but not Cirque...so I'd rather see Cirque.
If it means anything at all ('cause I don't know who you're buying the tix for), my FH still talks about Jersey Boys, and we saw it like two years ago. I drag him to a lot of Broadway shows because my job is always giving me free tickets, and Jersey Boys is definitely one that men like.

I feel like you can always see a broadway show but how often do you get to see Cirque? An ex of mine and I went to one while at Disney and we had an amazing time

That's tough. I've seen both. Jersey Boys is awesome. I had a great time and I was with my mom and two aunts......all women in their 50's and was NOT expecting to have a good time at all. But I have a new appreciation for Frankie Vallie and the Four Seasons now.
BUT....FH and I saw 'O' at the Bellagio when we were in Vegas. Also awesome!
Guess it depends - are you looking to go more for the music and acting or to be 'wowed?'

I would say Jersey Boys. My parents saw it years ago and are still talking about it. My sister saw a Cirque show once and wasn't TOO impressed. Honestly, I think a Broadway show is more bang for your buck. Don't know if this is true, but I have heard that the Cirque shows aren't very long?

If it was a girls night thing, I would see Jersey boys. I don't think FH would like it, but he has been wanting to see Cirque. I saw 'delirium' (sorry probably spelt wrong) at Nassau two years ago and it was absolutely amazing.

i'm buying the tix for me and FH. ive wanted to see jersey boys for a while now but also wanna see cirque..ugh decisions

i picked jersey boys!!
my parents ( i know they're older, but 40s) saw it and they LOVED LOVED LOVED it like still talk about it, it was 2 years ago...
and ive wanted to see it really bad, but like i KNOW all of that music, and grew up with it, so id like it alot for that, but i heard the story was excellent also.
