NWR - What's an appropriate gift for

a Sweet Sixteen party. They are not serving alcohol. Its my fh boss' daughter.

I would give either money or go to Macy's and get her a piece of jewelry. Or a gift certificate someplace, like the mall or something.

I know her also. She works there in the summer answering phones.

I think I would give $75...$50 seems like too little, and $100 seems like too much to me (I mean, she is only 16!)

Jewlery... something in a nice sterling silver or something in gold. you can't get that for a decent price

if you feel awkward about giving money..def. go for a gift (but nothing too personal since you don't know her)

if its at their home..id say 50
if its out 75

it really depends on how well you know her...i think 50$ is enough if all you have is that hi and bye relationship!
