NWR: What's everyone do for a living?

Since we did this for our FH and DH's, I thought I'd ask what we all do. And do you like your job?

I am a manager at my family's business...and no I don't really like it...I mean I have great perks, like being to take off usually when I want (and telling my bosses what I really think about certain situations, lol) but working with family can be so stressful and my job is very boring and repeitive.

After the wedding and HM, I'm going full-force into a job search and maybe can finally use my bachelor's degrees!!

Office manager/ accounts payable/ executive Assistant at a Pharmaceutical company... they don't pay me enough for what I do hahaha

I am a Residential Architect and I also teach Interior Design courses at the Corcoran Gallery in DC

My title is 'Legal Analyst' until I get admitted to the bar sometime later this year.

I went to law school and passed the bar exam, but can't call myself a 'lawyer' until I'm admitted. I do everything the lawyers do at my job, just without the title.

I work for a staffing company in their corporate in-house legal department - drafting contracts all day long!

I am a Bilingual Speech and Language Pathologist in Washington, DC schools.

I am a business owner. (Own my own small agency for related services).

I am also a Ph.D. student for Communication Sciences and Disorders in Washington, DC. I have like a year left in my program.

I used to work at Oyster. I live on New Hampshire Ave, NW in the Petworth area.

I am doing a lot of contracts with public charter schools now.

I'm a medical assistant in a podiatry office. I don't mind the work I do but I think I'm under paid. I went to school to be a medical secretary and I plan on looking for a new job - hopefully in a hospital - after the wedding!

ETA- I also waitress and bartend p/t at a bowling alley, that's where I met FH
