NWR- What's ONE thing...

that you HATE about your job? I know we all prob have a few things, but what's the one you hate the most?

For me, it's answering the phones. I am sooooo not a phone person and it annoys the living cr@p out of me.

I hate answering phones, too- maybe that's why I never answer my cell. I wish everyone would just text me!

But, the thing I hate most, is the miserable people. I hate that my boss or HR turns a blind eye to the fact that we get SCREAMED and cursed at by the attorneys for things that aren't our fault, or better yet for following rules that my boss implemented! And then after the hissy fit the attorney throws, they break the rule for them anyway and I look like the azzhole! It drives me insane!

i hate my projects lately ... i haven't gotten a decent project in months!

actually, i DID get one about 2 months ago but before i got to start it, it was given to someone else (i got a more important, yet less interesting project)

Not having enough work to do.

I know I know.. lol poor Adriana lol. But seriously, it s*ucks and makes my day DRAG.

Honestly.. I probably would LOVE my job if he wasn't here.. (and if I would get paid more, of course lol).. but he makes everyone hate it here.

He's gone for the next 2 days.. and people are whispering to each other 'He's GONE! FINALLY'.. so you can imagine!

I hate when one day, my boss is generous and the next he acts so cheap about things. I've been here for 5 years, and he always rejects my ideas on how to save money for office supplies, or making our filing system more efficient.

Also his memory loss: I tell him when I want off almost always a month in advance and he always forgets, I wish he'd write things down.

I work with 2 different personalities. The main guy, he's older, eratic, everything is the end of the world kinda thing, HOWEVER, he gets his work done and his clients never complain.

The other, he's young, procrastinates, gives me things last minute, and takes FOREVER to return his messages and I'm always getting flack from clients asking me if I 'gave him the message'. However, he's a pleasant down to earth person and we get along better.

yea.. um, how about I list the ONE thing I LIKE about my job...

hmmm... this is actually hard too.

I guess the fact that if I need a day off I just tell them, and there's never any problem (maybe because I don't get paid days off)

My paycheck is horrible!! Also...the hours are awful and ever changing. Some of my co-workers are pieces of work. The customers I deal with are mostly idiots!! And, not that I am bragging because I really am not, but I am smarter than all of my bosses and they know it so they usually treat me badly. Really just can't wait to quit.

Definately co-workers that dont do anything all day except talk on the phone and leave the desks for hours.
