NWR- When it rains, it pours

These past 2 weeks have been awful and stressful and tonight just tops the list.... FH and i were on our way to a wake with 2 friends. we get off the highway, stop at a light, the light turns green FH starts driving and the car starts shaking, hardly moves and makes the worst sound ever! so we get it over to the right lane and half on the sidewalk/half on the road (there was no shoulder) we are on old country road and the car is DEAD. it was leaking this awful smelling stuff and we had to have it towed to our mechanic and are awaiting the awful call tomorrow as to what is wrong with this car NOW. we do NOT have the money for this. my summer school money was supposed to go for a down payment on a RH, now we have move from our apt (another long awful story i wont bore you with) and have to pay a security and 2 months rent (thats one check) now the car and we're not sure if its the transmission and some of my summer school money was to go to my bills to get rid of them. it just never ends with us..... i have a feeling i'm going to be a 2010 bride. i want to cry! i'm sorry that all i have been doing on here is complaining and b i t c h i n g, but i know you girls understand and if i dont get it out i will start crying. PLEASE PLEASE cross your fingers that it wont cost a lot to fix the stupid car! WHAT THE HELL ELSE CAN HAPPEN?!?!?!?

oh no! I am sorry that all of this is happening..take a big breath and try to relax. At this point it probably best to just realize that whatever doesnt kill ya makes you stronger and you and FH will figure it all out. DONT WORRY! You will get through this..thank goodness you guys were safe and nothing happened to you when the car died!

omg :( i hope everything is okay with the car! im glad neither of you were hurt!!!! i'm not sure what that sounds like, but i can ask around ... i know people that know a lot about cars... maybe they can take a stab at it...

i'm sorry your having a bad week. i definately know the feeling.. everytime i get ahead w/money something always comes along and i have to shell out a shiitload of $$ and i'm broke again.

i hope everything is ok with your car!

aww I am so sorry to hear about this! I know about having to move and given so much for down payments! I am about to move myself in 2 weeks.
