NWR: Where should I have FH's surprise birthday party?!?!?!

I need to start thinking about this now, and have it booked prior to my wedding b/c FH's birthday is in Steptember!
I'm considering doing a casino theme party and so I'm looking for a pub/grill/bar (nothing too 'stuffy') with a private room. I plan on having casino tables, etc...
Any ideas??? Nassau is best! THANKS!
