I’m def not going to the gym tonight…so sore from shoveling!

I am - the thing is people don't usually stretch afterward today I made sure to stretch
still sore though

i barely even shoveled... but considering i had the day off i decided to move around my bedroom... yea, moved two couches, my bed, two tv's, my desk, two tables, two bookcases and a bunch of other cr ap...
worst part is.. i was sitting on the couch, there was a pile of stuff on the floor so I decided to sit on the floor to sort through it, but rather then gently gliding down I pretty much jumped up and landed HARD... so now I have a nice bruise on my right butt cheek! it hurts SOOOOOOOO bad!
I'm walking like an 80yr old woman! and my back, shoulders and abs HURT!

I also cleaned off my truck last night and again this morning- NOT FUN! got into work today.. went to step over a wire, but because I'm so sore I didn't lift my leg high enough- yea I tripped and all my muscles spazzed out!

and I have to teach a dance class tonight

I am sore but its ok. I did a big workout even after shovling this morning. My arms look diesel!! lol.

neel is too funny. u - not so much.

i am ridiculously insanely sore. i was beating my legs with a wiffle ball bat because it made the soreness feel better.

dont ask why we have one of those in a law firm.
