Sorry have to RANT! For all the money we pay on cable you'd think they'd be able to get it to work!
this is the second time in the last two weeks that my cable has gone out!
last time they came, they said it was a problem with the wiring and there wasn't enough power going to the boxes. supposedly it was fixed. Apparently not bcuz it went out AGAIN!
I'm giving them one last chance. If they can't get it right today i'm switching to Direct TV!

I do I do. I wanted to switch to Direct TV my building does not allow satelite because it defaces the building . So basically I am stuck with them until I buy a house or Fios comes into the neighborhood. Time Warner is way too expensive also!!!!! It annoys me when TV guide says 'no data'

they are the WORST!!! It got so bad one day that we went into the store to basically talk to someone, we waited for two hours and finally when we met with them the rep says that what we come down for cant be done in person and that a tech needs to be called to go to our house! ***!! I told them that their CS Phone rep said to come here and thats the only reason we wasted our saturday. and they just didnt care. so we said we wanted to cancel our serivce to scare them into helping us and still nothing!! My FH has CS on the phone in front of the guy to cancel and they really couldnt care less! I cant wait till VZ Fios comes into our area. they are so going to give TW a run for their money

THEY SUCK!!! We're stuck with them too!! Apparetly our building has some kind of contract where we can't change?! What kinda S**T is that?! So.....Thank GOD for TIVO! At least you know you're not alone

Nothing can be worse then Cablevision. They have all these channels and never anything good to watch. My bldg use to allow Direct TV then we had to get rid of it because management has a deal with Cablevision.

ohhhh my goodness i thought i was the only one. My cable bearly works half the time it will cut itself off then not come back on shows 12am on the box. Everytime i call they say its the box, im like how can it always be the box??? its your service. I have 2 boxes and they both go out so it HAS to be the service they always say theyll send a tech over but i just hang up on them and wait. Because i used to fall for that tech crap and everytime he comes hes like everything looks okay. ***? duh cuz its the service. usually when it goes out it comes back on like 3hrs later ridiculous!!!! I live in an apt so i cant switch but when i move in January NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER will i get time warner..lol..
