Hey ladies, I'm starting weight watchers for the millionth time.. I always end up falling off the wagon because I get home from work late, FH and I are too tired to cook so we order out and then I never get back on track.
I thought maybe we could share some recipes, and quick meal ideas and motivate each other!!
Let me know if you're in!

I AM!! Even though i also usually fall off track after about 3 weeks of strict point counting but i started up again this week. There's a Weekly Weigh in thread also. You'll get a lot of support from the WW ladies on this board.

Re: NWR: Who's doing weight watchers??
I have a recipe for a Chili burgers that are only 5 points for one and they are huge and filling!
a package of 99% fat free ground turkey A can black beans, drained a packet of chili seasoning
-Mix all of these together and form into four patties. -Cook about 5 minutes on each side in a pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium high heat -Put on a Arnolds deli flat (only 1 point- best thing ever!) with lettuce, tomato, ketchup...whatever -YUMMY!
I serve these with either a huge salad or some steamed veggies.
This is my go to dinner- FH loves them and he doesnt like anything healthy!

Also, if you use the etools from WW they have a TON of delish recipes.. You can search by the points or what type of meal your are cooking.
I love that you can search by points!

Re: NWR: Who's doing weight watchers??
I'm on WW. First time i ever did I lost about 30 lbs but i never got down to my goal weight. Now I am determined to stick with it and get down to it before my B-Pics this time next year.
you can do it and order out!!! I opt for chinese when i order out...steamed chix and broccoli or steamed chick and string beans with 1 cup white rice! I think its 5 points total?? no brown sauce, i use soy sauce instead!
order a salad with grilled chicken(NO cheese!) and then use your own low cal or fat free dressing so you can measure the points
the battle is in the grocery store not so much at home...stock up your fridge with carrots(0 points for 1 cup!) and other healthy snacks-if you have good things to eat at home then you wont have a problem
i just made that last week- it was so good, FH didn't believe it was only 5 points!

Re: NWR: Who's doing weight watchers??
Thanks for all the suggestions.
I made the chicken fried rice last night, and it was delicious. I didn't add the carrots or peas, but it so good. I will definitely make this again, and FH loved it!!

Re: NWR: Who's doing weight watchers??
I've been doing it since Thursday, and couldn't resist weighing myself this morning. Lost 3 pounds!! This is what I need to motivate me to stick with it! I feel a lot better too. I don't have that bloaty, stuffed feeling all the time, and I've been satisfied with what I'm eating!
