NWR - Wine

So i am enjoying a nice glass of wine, and i just put it down so i could type with two hand to reply to another post.....and now my cat Beansie is totally eyeing the glass. Just too cute, i had to post LOL.

i'm on number two now...maybe 3 before i go to bed. Just put return of the jedi in the dvd player.....ive been crying mysef to sleep this week since i'm working a 24hour call on x-mas (also my bday)....so this week sux

It sucks working on Holidays (especially when the holiday is also your bday). My FH is working Xmas Eve and a double shift on Xmas Day. We are celebrating Xmas the next day when he is off.

He is a police office in NYPD.... so like doctor the 'office' doesn't close for the holidays.

Andy is in Queens and he hates when he has to bring a prisoner to the hospital

yea, when an NYPD officer gets hurt, we VIP them....we dont really do that for prisoners....unless the officer asks.
But, at least hes safe in the hospital and not out on the street

That is true. Andy got hurt the first few months I was dating him. He turned his knee the wrong way. When I got the call that he was going to the hospital I was a nervous wreck.... but luckily it was so minor. I guess it was just making it real that he really can get hurt.

I always tell him that he does not have to be a hero at work! haha
