NWR: Work clothes

I get the feeling the dress code at my new job is a little more conservative and I don't really have much in that direction in my closet. Where can I get some stuff that's still cute and won't cost me a lot but will fit in more at the office? TIA!

I've gotten a lot of button down shirts and dress pants at express.. there's one of those $30 off of $100 (or whatever) going on til sunday...
also get cardigans and other tops at loft (friends and family 30% off til sunday!)
also NY&Co

All of these!!

I love the Loft, and I always get coupons in the mail from them.

Express can have more fun stuff and I love their pants!

Bananna Republic is good but I find them a little pricey, and I love Nordstorm more than Macy's but again, a little more expensive so I typically just stick with buying shoes from them (they carry more sizes for my gigantor feet!)

Agree with the other girls, I buy pretty much all my work clothes from Express and NY & Co. They always have great deals and are pretty basic and great for business casual offices.

I concur with the other girls:

Macys, Banana Republic, Gap, Express, Marshalls (or TJ Maxx), NY & Co., Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, Off Saks Fifth, BCBG, J Crew, Armani.. and I can't think of any more at the moment..

Def NY&Co. I usually get my work pants from them. They ALWAYS have some sale or coupon out so u def never have to pay full price. If u sign up for their emails I believe they give you a 20% off coupon for doing so.

The Limited has some great stuff. You can get a lot of great pieces that can be worn in different combinations!!

in the summer i'll go to H&M and load up on dresses and just throw a cardigan on them. also like to scour the sale racks at jcrew and the outlets. definitely try the outlets and print out coupons beforehand, you can get some really great deals.
