I for the most part like my boss. He can at times be a big ol' d-bag, but I accept everyone for their issues. This moron gave ME a needs improvement for customer service. I ripped him a new booty hole. His reasoning because the store gets bad feedback. Apparently I am the only one out of 30 employees that works there. I told him he better find a way to change it. I have never in my life gotten a needs improvement on a performance review. ::grumbles: OH and he wanted me to sign off on it before we could review it!!!!!!!! BULL*POOP I told him. I was like if you want me to sign it then let's go over it. I don't sign anything with out going over it first. He's like are you serious, I was like um yea I am. You want to sign it, lets do it. I tell him to print it and he clicks that we went over it! double :grumble:. Sigh i feel slightly better now

Ugh...I feel your pain when it comes to moron bosses. Unfortunatly, the economy *****, and we have weddings to plan, so we get stuck with these jerks!!! Just kill 'em with kindness and don't take the drama home with you.

My boss said, 'we'll chat tomorrow' ominously last night 2 secs before she left. I was up all night worrying about it. :(

What doesn't help is the people up in New England. They are supposed to be like all tough and rugged. Crap I say Crap. They are the whiniest most complainy people I've ever met. You could give them whatever you want and they'd still whine and complain. I'd deal with my old Kings Plaza store any day.

I don't exactly have a mouth but I also don't have a problem telling my boss when he's acting like an arsehole. Then again I also don't have a problem telling him when he is wrong or being unethical........Maybe I do have a mouth. Whoops

my old boss start last june and my review was in sept. he BARELY KNEW ME and because he didnt like me(why i still dont know i go into work ontime,friendly) gave me a horrible review!!! thank god hes gone...so i can totally relate!!!

What kills me is that everything else is great. Oh well Iwill do what I've done with everyone else. wait it out. His own behavior is at times questionable. So I will wait and let him hang himself. Gonna be a great summer!!!
