i'm trying to change departments cause well my manager is a cumsuckingdildo and he not letting me change right away saying that i need to do 30days of exceptional work cause only exceptional people can change departments.... i want to strangle him ...

Wow that really kicks rocks Well 30 days will be over before you know it (just please make sure that you have a paper trail that he said this so after 30 days he doesnt say )
