FH and I have had a stressful week and a ton of stuff to do. This morning I told him I was looking forward to just him and I tonight and having a nice dinner. We talked about it throughout the day. He just called to say that he got a call to play volleyball on the beach tonight do I care.....OF COURSE I CARE...so i said do what you want.....HE'S GOING TO PLAY VOLLEYBALL...knowing that it will piss me off. So me and merlot are going to be friends tonight and maybe And he didn't realize today is 3 months to the date we are getting married. But I don't expect him to, it just would have been nice!

Do the reverse of what you wanted to do when gets in. It will shock the crap out of him because he probably expects you to be pi$$ed.

that is probably fantastic advise and would be the mature route but honestly, I don't think I could take that route. It isn't the end of the world and I won't start an argument I just don't feel like dealing with him now...what's done is done!

Maybe tell him that next time you'd like to be included in his plans, especially when you already had plans to hang out. My dh used to play volleyball last year and i didn't, but i would go and watch him play and do some drinkin! Now i play on his team and its fun to do together. But i also enjoy my alone time, so make the best of it! + =

Funny enough he did invite me, lol i was just pissed at that point and declined! It is always a lot of fun, i guess in my head i just had a different night planned and wanted to just be home.
