Im not a big fan of it. The only thing i like is that fruit is no points other than that I feel that I lost quicker on the old plan than this new 1

I love the new program!! I lost 5lbs the first week on it. It's such a big adjustment though- having to recalculate all the points and sometimes find new foods.

The only downfall of using the old points system is when you go to meetings or use the etools everything is directed towards the new points plus.

I personally think the new program promotes a healthier lifestyle. It favors fruits and veggies over processed foods filled with sodium. If you can- I would give it another try. What is it you hate so much about it?

I am not eating enough during the day. For example: I am getting 29 points. I eat egg white brocc or spinach in the morning and for lunch I only have 4 to 6 points. So when I get home from work I have like 20-17 points left and I feel like I have to eat all of this stuff just to eat all of my points. I have ALWAYS ate veggies and fruits so that was never my problem, but with the new program I just have way to many points left by 3:00 pm and I don't like to eat after 8 830 and I feel like i have to eat more, which on the old program I never felt like that

crashing!!!! i agree

i feel myself eating more because i 'still have points left'

whereas on the old program i was restricted to 18 points and it was HARD to keep it

idk....im still giving it a try....but week 1 i lost nohting....lets see what happens this week...

you should use more items with higher point values then... thats been my problem but instead of light or FF I will use the regular version just to eat the points. I have no problem with having all those poins at night since I usually eat more at night.

I personally love the new program I feel like i have more choices then the old program

'09-er crashing! I just rejoined WW to try the new system. I also had only 18 pts/day on the old system and it was impossible to follow for me. (Back in 2006 I easily lost 18 lbs when given 21 pts /day) - anyway, I don't like the results (only 3 lbs down in 4 weeks), buttttt i think it's easier to live on and I can do it for life on this plan...so i think the point (I HOPE!) is to more lose weight over a long period of time, slow and steady wins the race, right?

I like the new plan but I find the results a bit slower.

Re: NWR: WW girls...

If you have 20 points left at the end of the day that means that you aren't getting all of your good health guidelines in for the day. Try getting those in and then add to your day and you won't have that many points left at the end of the day

I love the new program. I feel like I am eating much cleaner. I am down 15lbs in 9 weeks so far. Some of those weeks, I believe 3, I skipped weigh in.

I actually really like this new program and I'm finally starting to lose more weight (I was kinda at a standstill with the old program). I don't feel the urge to binge of stuff anymore since I'm keeping myself full with the zero point fruits and veggies.

So far on the new plan I've lost a total of 6 pounds!

Crashing..I love the new program. I lost 12 lbs in 4 weeks.

Some thing that might help is most leaders say although fruit is zero points to limit yourself to 3 servings. Also us the recipe builder tool. On this program you can just analyze each item separately it analzyzes it ad a whole and although some items are pointless by themselves they affect the recipes overall points.

yes this is true. I find that when I add veggies into a recipe, they would normally be 0 but in the recipe are actually like 2-3 pts.

I LOVE the new program!

At first it was hard for me to eat all my points because on the old program - I would eat 6 points worth of fruit a day. Now they are free and I had the extra 6 points.

But Now 5 weeks later and 6 pounds lighter
I sometimes feel like I don't have enough! The point value of pretty much everything went up, it balances out.

I agree at first it was difficult. I was so used to just 'looking' at something knowing how many points it was. Now it's a whole to do that cannot be done without the points calculator. But like anything, you get used to it.

We eat the same things pretty much every day - so if you find yourself with way too many points left at the end of the day just add 2 or 3 points to each meal, you'll use them up before you know it.

STICK TO IT!! and EXERCISE!!!!!
