I am so struggling with what to eat on WW. I'm getting so tired of snacking on yogurts and cheese. I was hoping some of you might have great snacks or recipes. Easy to make, minimal cooking and easy to pack for the day. I work about 9-10 hours a day with travelling I am often not home until 8 PM after having left my house for work at 7:15 AM. TIA.

Can you freeze and use a microwave?
I really love the Healthy Choice Steaming Entrees- they are lunch sized (like 230 calories or so) and then I usually have a fruit with it
I also keep the packages of apple slices that are pre packaged in my office fridge, so I grab those for snacks
I also sometimes snack on skim ricotta with blueberries, which is yummy

Oh- and I pick them up on my way to work so I don't tote the frozen lunch with me the whole ride

I can microwave and freeze at my first job. Then after school I treat students in their home or at their daycare. It's my 3:30 pm until home that's a problem.

I cook, but the spinach and cheese quiche from the complete cookbook travels very well..really any quiche.
The pizza recipes are phenom, and also freeze and reheat well.
I also used to eat a lot of lean cuisines.
veggie burgers

I've been addicted to the Fiber one Brownies... they are 2 points and its a great way to get my chocolate fix!
Since fruit and veggies are free on the points plus, I have a smoothie every day. They are SO yummy and quite filling... maybe you could make it ahead of time and keep it refrigerated?
