I like spinach salads with some toasted walnuts, feta and some veggies.

I also like the Summer kind of salads with strawberries. I usually use a spring mix and add some tomatoes and carrots and sunflower seeds and cheese and strawberries with a light vinagrette.

FH and I almost always have salad with our meals. We usually get spinach or mixed spring greens and I add in a pepper (I try to change the color every time), cherry tomatoes or tomatoes on the vine, feta and olives. Then I add some balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper........YUMMMMMMMM

welcome back from paris!! I know way too easy how it is to gain weight in europe b/c their food is so delicious!!!!

As for salads i like crab salad. I finely chop hard boiled eggs, celery, some crab meat, and cucumbers. Toss it with some salt/mayo/sour cream and its great

Ok, I don't know how healthy it is but I'm sure there's a way to cut calories

Any kind of lettuce you want, gorgonzola cheese, and candied pecans (toss pecan halves in frying pan with butter and sugar, it makes a whole bunch that lasts for weeks plus its a quick dessert as well) with a balsamic vinaigrette!! I swear it's worth it, especially if you get sick of salad or it's just not cutting it.

I make this salad for FH and I all the time! This is not so much a recipe but an ingredients list

Baby Spinach
Ripe tomato
Mushrooms
Red Bell Pepper
Ripe Avocado
Canned Chick Peas (drained and rinsed)
Cucumber
Fire Roasted Red Pepper
Pre-cooked or cook yourself skinless, boneless chicken breast (season as you like)

Cut it up, mix it up, serve with whole grain roll and low-cal dressing on the side
