nwr - zone pilates?

anyone doing this? as lame as it sounds, i saw a commercial for it and for the first time in my life, considered buying something from tv

but seriously, is it worth it? i neeeeed to tighten/loose inches

I ordered windsor (spelling?) pilates and I really liked it. It is was really hard for me in the beginning, considering I never work out and had none of those 'core muscles' that they talk about. But after a few weeks, there was totally a difference. If you do it with cardio, you can really see a difference, and other people told me they noticed.
I don't know how differen zone pilates than winsor, but I say go for it

haha- i just saw this infomercial too. It looks good. Do they have a $ back trial period?

I have windsor pilates and target basic pilates and the ball pilates....which one do I do NONE b/c im a fattyfat--lol

Seriously-pilates is awesome- when i stick to it i lose inches fast.

i like doing pilates, i feel stronger (core/abs what have you) but personally i feel cardio must be part of your routine too. now i can roll around on the floor like a tire!!

I agree. I love Windsor Pilates. I do it every morning before work and i go the gym after work to do cardio and weights. But when i did pilates years ago, i noticed a complete difference in my body, so i say add pilates to your work outs.

ok i am a sucker for informercials..i have winsor pilates and just actaully finished one of the DVDs i love winsor..i saw zone pilates had to have and was really disappointed by it, i would say if you want to get pilates which is awesome order winsor pilates..so much bettter!~

I bought the zone pilates. I think it was a waste of money. The windsor pilates is well worth it. the informercial is what sold me. I have both and the zone I considered sending back.

I seriously LOOOVE pilates, everytime I do it I can actually feel it burning off my fat lol, plus you can do target areas so that helps too! but I seriously lost 8 lbs in 10 days from pilates, I love it!
