well some of you have known....... we signed the contract for the house back in july, then in september we were told they were missing a CO for the dormer......kept being told, that it will be in one week, then the next..........
IT FINALLY CAME IN TODAY!!!!!!!!!!! they sent it over to our atty's who sent it over to our mortgage company!!!!!!!!

Jim and I were just talking today about you guys (looking at the photos from our wedding) we are so happy for you guys!
