NWR:Any Top Chef Fans out there?

OK, so last night I was eating dinner and all of a sudden FH was like 'LOOK, THERE'S DALE FROM TOP CHEF.' Points his finger to outside the restaurant. Due to the warm day, the restaurant opened up ALL the doors and you could see right onto the street.

There was Dale from Season four! He's the chef @ Buddakan here in NYC.

I excitedly went up to him (no, i never do it but he's FILIPINO and so am I. I totally geeked out) and said 'I thought you were great and I felt totally proud when you showcased our Traditional dishes on TV.'

He was so nice and gracious. I'm glad I went up to him!

Anyway, I thought I would share my 'geek' moment.

AMEN. I was going to go postal on Bravo if they made her top chef. Everything was always someone's else's fault with her. And when they didn't congratulate her when she made the final 3....are you effing kidding me?!?!?! What are you a child, you need a pat on the back.....PLEASE! She made me angry.

I am sorry - I hated Dale! I thought he was too whiny!!! I thought Jennifer got sent home too early - I think she had the potential to grow as much as Stephanie did.

Seriously. I think she had a chip on her shoulder more than being whiny. She did have an entitlement-complex. God, she succked. Except her PB mashed - I so want to try those!

I just wanted to try her last dish, the thai cocunut soup with the dumpling that they all raved about. Sounded de-lish. Other than that I was hoping someone would hit her with a rolling pin.

Dale was ok. I've always wondered if any of these chefs worked anywhere around here!

I'm SO GLAD that Stephanie won! I wanted Richard to but I liked Stef too. As long as Lisa didn't. She didn't deserve to be in the top 3!

I loved Richard, Antonia, Stephanie and Dale!

Yes he does! His restaurant is Perilla and it's in the West Village!
