It was soo awesome! I got such a workout and I had a blast for the fast paced hour of dancing. Its a mix of bellydancing, hip hop, latin, and ballroom type choreography...it is soo cool and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun workout!

They have it at my gym but there's always a long line and I hate that. Maybe one day I'll try it though. It does sound fun!

The Bally's I go to has it.....I'm in FL though. I was told by the rep that all the LAFITNESS gyms have it.

My aunt is doing it in Massapequa... she loves it... Jan 1st... FH and I are starting our diet/workout regiment! (so i was told this morning on the train) anywhoo... there is a curves a few blocks from me... im gonna try that...

Nope, but my co-worker teaches it. (He was actually on Dr. Oz showing him to zumba!) He says it's a blast and he lost SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much weight.

I went to a dance studio to take the class so for anyone who's gym doesn't offer it, you can always search around local dance studios that do it. I live out east so I went to dance blvd in middle island.
