Hi there, about a month ago my dr. changed my pill from Yasmin to Loestrin 24 and I feel like I've been so bummed out since she changed my pill. I had problems the first month and now I'm sad all the time. Any recommendations?????

I would say call your gyno and let them know what's going on. You'll probably have to change pills again. The hormone levels in this new one must not be right for you. Sometimes it takes a lot of work to find a pill that's right for you. Good luck!

Call you doc and let them know what's going on. You'll most likely get switched to something else. It's perfectly normal!

definitely speak to you gyno. Is there a reason she switched your pill? Its hard to recommend what we take since we all will react differently.

Yes call your doctor. It may take a few packs to feel 'normal' so its worth a call to discuss what is right for you.

Definitely switch. When I switched to Yaz my mood swings werent so bad!

Recommendations are pointless. Each birth control will interact differently with each person!! Keep on it for a bit. The moodiness may go away. If not try, try, again!

Ortho tricyclen lo gave me terrible mood swings. FH thought I had mental problems.
I am on Yaz now. I feel like a different person. People have been commenting on how different I am.

Call your doctor but also....you only switched a month ago...sometimes it takes a few months before your body regulates itself again...so maybe wait it out another cycle and then call your doctor. Everyone reacts differently to different pills so it's best to get your doctor's opinion.
